Invoicing

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to start a project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion.

Milestone Payments

For larger projects (€5,000+), milestone-based payment schedules are available upon agreement.

Currency

All prices are in EUR. BGN equivalent is calculated at the fixed Bulgarian National Bank rate (1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN).

Refund Policy

14-day right of withdrawal for digital products under Bulgarian law (ZPP). Custom development is non-refundable after work begins.
