GOLDEN AGENCY — SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into between Golden Agency, operated by Nikolay Haratyunyan (sole proprietor, Plovdiv, Bulgaria), and the Client named above.
Scope: Golden Agency will deliver the digital system described in the project scope, including design, development, testing, and deployment as agreed in the proposal. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Payment: 50% upfront upon signing, 50% upon delivery. Payments accepted via bank transfer (BGN), Revolut, or cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC/BTC/ETH).
Timeline: Estimated delivery milestones are provided after this form is submitted. Golden Agency commits to best-effort delivery within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by late client feedback or content will push the timeline accordingly.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the delivered code and design. Golden Agency retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Support: 30 days of free post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Extended support and maintenance are available under a separate agreement.
